ULERICH, William Wesley, a Representative from Westmoreland County; born, February 5, 1860 in Ligonier Township, Westmoreland County, Pa.; attended, Ligonier Classical Institute; graduated, Indiana Normal School (now Indiana University of Pennsylvania), 1884; vice principal, Irwin public schools (1 year); principal, Latrobe public schools (8 years); superintendent, Westmoreland County School (12 years); general manager, D.C. Heath & Company, text book publisher; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1910 and 1912; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1914); died, February 26, 1914 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
