SULLIVAN, Daniel B., a Representative from Westmoreland County; born, September 2, 1860 in Rockingham County, Va.; graduated high school, 1879; served, Company C, Second Regiment, Virginia Volunteer Infantry (5 years); corporal, Battery B, Light Artillery, Pennsylvania National Guard (1898, Spanish-American War); carpenter; engaged in real estate and insurance business; elected, council, New Kensington (6 years); chief, New Kensington fire department; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1906 and 1908; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1910); died, April, 19, 1933 in Arnold, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania; interred, Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Arlington County, Virginia.
