STRADLING, Walter, a Representative from Philadelphia County; born, November 27, 1864 in the city of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pa.; graduated, University of Pennsylvania Law School, 1885; engaged, mercantile business; lawyer; member, 31st Ward Republican Committee; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1896; reelected to serve the House in 1898, 1904, 1906 and 1908; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1900); died while in office, January 24, 1910 in the city of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; interred, Westminster Cemetery, Bala Cynwyd, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
