SMINK, Isaac Lehn Solenberger, a Representative from Philadelphia County; born, February 2, 1890 in Shamokin, Northumberland County, Pa.; attended, Central Manual Training School and Business College; Four-Minute Man (World War I); printer; member and recording secretary, Typographical Union No. 2; special organizer, Typographical Union No. 2 (1919-1920); secretary-treasurer than president, United Tenants’ Protective Association, 48th Ward; member, Philadelphia Housing Adjustment Committee; president, 48th Ward Republican Executive Committee; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1920; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1922); vice-president, Ohio State Association of Allied Printing Trades Councils; died, November 5, 1964 in East Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio; interred, Lake View Cemetery, Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
