Warren, a Representative from Columbia County; born October 25, 1892 in Bloomsburg, Columbia County, Pa.; graduated, Bloomsburg High School, 1910; attended, Bloomsburg Literary Institute and Normal School (now Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania); attended, Industrial School of Art, Philadelphia; served, United States Army (1917-1919, World War I); clerk, United States Postal Service (1913-1917); owner, auto and radio repair business (1920-1931); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1929 and 1931 terms; died while in office, September 8, 1931 in Bloomsburg, Columbia County, Pennsylvania.
