PRATT, William Henry, a Representative from Allegheny County; born in Penn Station, Westmoreland County, Pa., March 10, 1876; graduated, Greensburg Seminary; A.B., Allegheny College; A.M., Allegheny College; LL.B., Columbia University School of Law, 1901; lawyer (1901-1932); counsel, Methodist Episcopal Church Union of Pittsburgh; trustee, Allegheny College; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1907 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1908); died, February 17, 1932 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interred, Brush Creek Cemetery, Irvin, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.
