PATTERSON, Dr. Benjamin Howard, a Representative from Allegheny County; born in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pa., February 16, 1876; graduated, Pittsburgh Central High School; M.D., University of Pennsylvania, 1900; major, surgeon, Medical Corps, United States Army (1917-1919, World War I); physician; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1923 and 1925 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1927 term; died, December 27, 1957; interred, Allegheny Cemetery, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
