NEELY, John Howard, a Representative from Allegheny County, born in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pa., September 28, 1879; graduated, Pittsburgh Central High School; attended, law, University of Pittsburgh; lawyer (1902-1934);  elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1912; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1914); Deputy Attorney General, Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General (1931-1932); died, September 25, 1934, in Oakland, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania: interred, Homewood Cemetery, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
