MULLIN, Henry H., a Representative from Cameron County; born in Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pa., January 24, 1851; educated in common schools; slate picker, Montelious Colliery (2 years); apprentice, The Cameron County Press (1867); business manager, The Cameron County Press; clerk, commissioners, Cameron County (1885 to 1891); clerk, council, Cameron County commissioners (8 years); chair and secretary, Cameron County Republican Committee (12 years); messenger, Pennsylvania House of Representatives, (1891-1892); transcribing clerk, Pennsylvania House of Representatives (1893-1894); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1894; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1896); editor, Cameron County Press; reelected to the House in 1902; Sworn-In on April 15, 1903 as a result of contested election; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1904); died April 2, 1951; interred, Newton Cemetery, Emporium, Cameron County, Pennsylvania.
