MINEHART, Charles D., a Representative from Franklin County; born in Franklin County, Pa., January 5, 1869; lumber manufacturer; engaged, grain business; chair, Franklin County Democratic Committee; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1923 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House in the 1924 General election; superintendent, Conservation Civilian Corps-Bear Valley, Franklin County (1935-1937); died, August 23, 1959 in Chambersburg, Franklin County, Pennsylvania; interred, Pleasant Hall Cemetery, Pleasant Hall, Franklin County, Pennsylvania.
