MILNER, Byron Albert, a Representative from Philadelphia County; born, August 25, 1884 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pa.; graduated, Central High School, 1903; B.S., Wharton School of Finance and Commerce, University of Pennsylvania, 1906; LL.B., University of Pennsylvania Law School, 1910; lawyer; professor, Constitutional Law and government, University of Pennsylvania (1906-1918); solicitor, Way-Meade Cigar Company; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1917 and 1919 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1920); judge, Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia (appointed, 1940; elected, 1941-1967); died, November 19, 1968 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, interred, West Laurel Hill Cemetery, Bala Cynwyd, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
