McCANN, William Francis, a Representative from Allegheny County; born, April 21, 1881 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pa.; graduated, Duquesne University; auditor, Pennsylvania Railroad Company (15 years); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1921 term and served 4 more consecutive terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House in the 1930 General election; proprietor, hotel; died, April 21, 1947 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interred, St. Mary's Cemetery, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
