KEISTER, Daniel L., a Representative from Dauphin County; born in Altoona, Blair County, Pa., March 7, 1866; printer; superintendent, Ray State Printing Office; elected, city council, Harrisburg; member and president, Harrisburg Board of Tax Revision and Appeals; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1909 and 1911 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1913 term; elected, mayor, Harrisburg (1917-1920); died, March 21,1924 in the city of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; interred, Harrisburg Cemetery, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
