JOHNSON, William W., a Representative from Mercer County; born in West Middlesex, Mercer County, Pa., April 7, 1868; graduated, West Middlesex High School, 1886; graduated, Allegheny College, 1890; engaged in the hardware and lumber business; elected, burgess, West Middlesex; school director; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1905 term and served 1 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1906); unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1910); died, December 27, 1929 in West Middlesex, Mercer County, Pennsylvania.
