HORN, Samuel S., a Representative from Northampton County; born in Easton, Northampton County, Pa., June 22, 1870; clerk, H. M. Norton general store; secretary, manager and president, Thomas T. Miller Hardware Company; elected, controller, Easton (1912-1919); elected, mayor, Easton (1920-1924, 1927-1929); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1924 and 1926 to serve 2 consecutive terms; resigned from the House, December 31, 1927; died, March 11, 1942 in Easton, Northampton County, Pennsylvania; interred, Easton Heights Cemetery, Easton, Northampton County, Pennsylvania.
