FULLER, William Harvey, a Representative from Philadelphia County; born, November 10, 1876 in Louisburg, Franklin County, NC; graduated, State Colored Normal School at Franklinton, NC, 1894; A.B., Lincoln University, 1899; attended, University of Pennsylvania; LL.B., Howard University, 1902; lawyer; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1925 term; reelected to serve 3 consecutive terms thereafter; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1932); assistant district attorney, Philadelphia County (1932-1943); died, September 8, 1943 in the city of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; interred, Mt. Lawn Cemetery, Sharon Hill, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
