DRINKHOUSE, John H., a Representative from Philadelphia County; born, October 10, 1865 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pa.; clerk, office of receiver of taxes, Philadelphia; deputy collector, United States Department of Internal Revenue, Philadelphia; elected, 29th Ward School Board, Philadelphia (1904-1907); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1915 term; resigned from the House, February 23, 1916; reelected to the House to serve the 1917, 1919, 1921, 1923 and 1925 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1927 term; died, October 19, 1945 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
