DONNALLY, Lewis E., a Representative from Perry County; born in Donnally Mills, Perry County, Pa., June 8, 1861; graduated, Millerstown High School; graduated, Bloomfield Academy; farmer; teacher (2 years); miller and proprietor, Donnally Mills; school director, assessor, supervisor and auditor, Donnally Mills; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1911 and 1913 terms; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House for the 1915 term; died, June 17, 1922 in Donnally Mills, Perry County, Pennsylvania; interred,  Newport Cemetery, Newport, Perry County, Pennsylvania.
