COUNCILMAN, Frank D., a Representative from Potter County; born, November 3, 1868 in Maine, Broome County, NY; educated in public schools; employed, lumber business; proprietor, general store; organized, Harrison Valley Mineral Water Company; school director, Harrison Township (9 years); school board secretary, Harrison Township; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1904 and 1906; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1908); died, December 16, 1927 in Elmira, Chemung County, New York; interred, Potter Cemetery, Potter Brook, Tioga County, Pennsylvania.
