CAMPBELL, James Oliver, a Representative from Butler County; born, October 31, 1880 in Butler County, Pa.; graduated, Butler High School, 1898; graduated, Washington and Jefferson College, 1902; surveyor (1 year); teacher, Butler High School (1 years); lawyer (1907-1930); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to serve the 1915 and 1917 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1919 term; elected, president judge, 50th judicial district, Butler County (1930-1932); died, January 13, 1932 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; interred, North Side Cemetery, Butler, Butler County, Pennsylvania.
