BICKER, George H., a Representative from Butler County; born in Winfield Township, Butler County, Pa., August 20, 1880; graduated, public school, Winfield Township; studied agriculture, The Pennsylvania State (University) College; member, State Board of Agriculture; elected, justice of the peace, Winfield Township (2 terms); elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1928 and 1930; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1932); died June 21, 1951 in Harrison Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interred, Saxonburg Memorial Church Cemetery, Saxonburg, Butler County, Pennsylvania.
