Born in Russia, October 15, 1885, arrived in Philadelphia with his family in 1887; educated in public schools; Central High School, Philadelphia; graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and admitted to the bar in 1907. Aron was appointed Philadelphia City Solicitor, 1910-1912; state House of Representatives to fill vacancy, 1913-1920; state Senate 1921-1936.
