MOUL, Clayton E., a Representative from York County; born in Heidelberg Township, York County, Pa., May 11, 1902; graduated, Spring Grove High School; B.S., Gettysburg College; realtor; vice-president, Pennsylvania Casualty Company; director, Hartley Mutual Fire Insurance Company; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1935 term and reelected to serve the 1937 and 1941 terms; appointed, Philadelphia Charter Commission (1937-1938); appointed, Joint State Government Commission (1941-1942); unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House for the 1939 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1943 term; died, January 29, 1966 in Hanover, York County, Pennsylvania; interred, Mount Carmel Lutheran Church Cemetery, Hanover, York County, Pennsylvania.
