FULLERTON, W. Sharp, a Representative from Lawrence County; born, North Beaver Township, Lawrence County, Pa., on November 23, 1878; attended, Slippery Rock State Normal School (now Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania); dairy farmer; school director (13 years); public school teacher; assessor (4 years); unsuccessful campaign, Pennsylvania House of Representatives (1936); elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1938, 1942 and 1944; appointed, Joint State Government Commission Sub-Committee on State-Local Highway Financing (1945-1946); not a candidate for reelection to the House (1940, 1946); unsuccessful campaign, Pennsylvania State Senate (1940); died, November 25, 1953 in New Castle, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania; interred, Oak Park Cemetery, New Castle, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania.
