FITCH, Frank J., a Representative from Philadelphia County; born in Pottville, Schuylkill County, Pa., circa 1870; attended, Brown’s Preparatory School; locomotive fireman, freight brakeman, freight conductor, yardmaster and salesman; clothing merchant, Fitch, Sheafer & Yedinsky; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1935 and 1937 terms; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House for the 1939 term; died, December 24, 1939 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; interred, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
