COSTANZO, Rocco J., a Representative from Philadelphia County; born, February 3, 1906 in Italy; graduated, Roman Catholic High School; B.A., Villanova (University) College; L.L.B., Temple University Law School; attorney; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1937 term (Sworn-In on December 1, 1936) and served 1 term; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1938); died, December 26, 1971 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; interred, Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
