College; graduated, LaSalle University, Chicago; lawyer; realtor; elected, delegate, Indiana State Democratic Convention (1928); chair, 47th Ward Democratic Executive Committee; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1937 term (Sworn-In on December 1, 1936) and the 1943 term; unsuccessful campaigns for reelection to the House for the 1939 and 1945 terms; died, August 2, 1968 in the city of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; interred, Rolling Green Memorial Park, West Chester, Chester County, Pennsylvania.
