BOLTZ, Peter Reist, a Representative from Lebanon County; born, December 7, 1869 in North Annville Township, Lebanon County, Pa.; attended, Lebanon Valley College; teacher (14 years); fruit farmer; unsuccessful campaign for election to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives (1904, 1918); special field representative, Bureau of Plant Pathology, Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture (1906-1908); school director, North Annville Township; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1937 term (Sworn-In, December 1, 1936); unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1938); died, March 14, 1954 in the city of Lebanon, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania; interred, Covenant Greenwood Cemetery, Ebenezer, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania.
