SULLIVAN, John C., a Representative from Dauphin County; born in Erie, Erie County, Pa., October 23, 1927; B.A., Allegheny College, 1953; LL.B, Dickinson School of Law (now Penn State Dickinson Law), 1959; attorney; elected, city council, Harrisburg; director of accounts and finance, Harrisburg; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in a Special Election on November 5, 1963; Sworn-In on December 4, 1963 to serve the remaining 1963 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1965 term; council, Nauman, Smith, Shissler & Hall, LLP.
