BRADFORD, Matthew D., a Representative from Montgomery County; born in Media, Delaware County, Pa., 1975; graduated, Downingtown Area Senior High School, 1994; B.A., political science and history, Villanova University, 1997; J.D., Villanova University School of Law, 2002; lawyer; municipal administrator and chief executive officer, Norristown; solicitor, Norristown Area School Board, Norristown Municipal Waste Authority, and the Whitemarsh; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 2009 term; currently serving his 6th consecutive term; elected, Minority Appropriations Committee Chair (2019-present); appointed, Joint Legislative Air and Water Pollution Control and Conservation Committee (2011-present); appointed, Higher Education Funding Commission (2019-present).
