WAGNER, Chelsa, a Representative from Allegheny County; born in Beechview, Allegheny County, Pa., July 24, 1977; graduated, Seton-LaSalle High School, 1995; B.A., public policy, University of Chicago, 1999; J.D., University of Pittsburgh Law School, 2005; attorney, Rosen, Louik and Perry; court appointed advocate, Allegheny County; business analyst; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 2006, 2008, 2010 and 2012; appointed, Joint Conservation Committee (2009-2010); resigned from the House, January 16, 2012; elected, controller, Allegheny County (2012-2022); judge, Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas (2022-present).
