Short Title:

An Act providing for compensation payments to persons who served on active military duty in combat zones in connection with the Global War on Terrorism or their beneficiaries; authorizing the incurring of indebtedness and the issue and sale of bonds by the Commonwealth for the payment of the benefits contingent upon electorate approval; establishing the Global War on Terrorism Veterans' Bonus Payment Bond Fund and the Global War on Terrorism Veterans' Bonus Payment Bond Sinking Fund; and imposing powers and duties on the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs.
