Short Title:
A Resolution urging the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to refuse to comply with the REAL ID Act of 2005 until such time as adequate funding is provided by the Federal Government to cover the cost of implementation and until amendments are made to the act providing for decreased administrative burdens on the states.
