An Act amending the act of July 28, 1953 (P.L.723, No.230), known as the Second Class County Code, in county officers, further providing for enumeration of elected officers; and, in county solicitor, further providing for appointment and qualifications, for duties, for employees and for assistant solicitors; and providing for county officer solicitors and for retention of outside legal services.
