An Act establishing the Fair Share Nutrient Reduction Program; providing funding for wastewater treatment plants and agricultural operations to meet nutrient reduction mandates; creating a Nutrient Reduction Trading Board and Program and providing for its powers and duties; providing for an increase in the Resource Enhancement and Protection Program; and providing supplemental funding for the Department of Agriculture and the State Conservation Commission.
