Short Title:
An Act expanding the availability of high-quality workforce connections; providing work readiness, career preparation and employment support for youth in local workforce investment areas throughout this Commonwealth; supporting the efforts of workforce investment boards and youth councils to promote and coordinate local youth workforce development systems; establishing the Youth Empowerment Account; making an appropriation; and imposing duties on the Department of Labor and Industry.
