An Act amending the act of July 9, 1987 (P.L.220, No.39), known as the Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Professional Counselors Act, further providing for the short title, for legislative intent, for definitions, for licensure, for the licensing agency and its functions, for licensure qualifications and procedure, for exemptions, for reciprocity and for license reinstatement; providing for restrictions on use of title "Licensed Human Services Professional"; and further proscribing unlawful practice.
