An Act amending the act of July 5, 2004 (P.L.654, No.72), known as the Homeowner Tax Relief Act, further providing for limitations and for qualifying contribution; providing for public referendum to authorize limitations on certain tax increases; further providing for adoption of referendum and for public referendum requirements for increasing certain taxes; providing for failure of school district to adopt a resolution authorizing a qualifying contribution; and further providing for Property Tax Relief Reserve Fund.
