A Resolution urging the Congress of the United States to direct the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to permit Pennsylvanians already enrolled in Pharmaceutical Assistance Contract for the Elderly (PACE) and PACE Needs Enhancement Tier (PACENET) to be automatically enrolled in the Medicare Part D prescription drug program.
