Kovacicek of Washington County, assigned to Marine Forces Reserve's 3rd Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, of Moundsville, West Virginia, who tragically lost his life while in the service of his country in Hit, Iraq, on July 10, 2005.
