Short Title:
An Act amending Title 23 (Domestic Relations) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further defining "sexual abuse or exploitation"; further providing for persons required to report suspected child abuse, for penalties for failure to report suspected child abuse, for investigation of reports and for information on prospective child-care personnel; providing for information relating to other persons in contact with children; and requiring criminal history record and child abuse record information for certain persons who reside in family day-care homes.
