Short Title:
An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the offenses of luring a child into a motor vehicle, indecent assault, incest and unlawful contact with a minor; and providing for sentencing enhancements for individuals convicted of sex crimes.
