An Act authorizing the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Governor, to grant and convey certain lands situate in the City of Harrisburg, Dauphin County, to Crossgates, Inc., a Pennsylvania Corporation; authorizing and directing the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Governor, to convey tracts of land and buildings, consisting of a portion of the former Laurelton Center, located in Hartley Township, Union County, Pennsylvania; and making a related repeal.
