Short Title:

An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the offense of possessing instruments of crime and for persons not to possess, use, manufacture, control, sell or transfer firearms; and providing for serious drug trafficking and violent repeat offenders not to possess, use, manufacture, control, sell or transfer firearms.
