An Act amending the act of December 19, 1988 (P.L.1262, No.156), known as the Local Option Small Games of Chance Act, further providing for legislative intent, for the definition of "license"; providing for poker tournaments; further providing for licensing of eligible organizations to conduct games of chance, for revocation of licenses, for local option, for advertising, for certain persons prohibited from having an interest in poker tournaments and for penalties; and making editorial changes.
