Short Title:
An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, further providing for removal of superintendents; providing for performance reviews; further providing for duties of superintendents, for a rating system and performance evaluations, for continuing professional development and for a program of continuing professional education; providing for mentoring and for automatic suspension of certification; and establishing a merit pay grant program.
