Short Title:
An Act amending Title 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing, as relates to gaming, for legislative intent, for definitions, for general and specific powers of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, for license or permit application hearing process, for regulatory authority of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, for license or permit prohibition, for slot machine license application, for slot machine accounting controls and audits and for license or permit issuance; providing for copies of applications and reports; and further providing for regulation requiring exclusion of certain persons and for enforcement.
