A Resolution requesting the Federal Railroad Administration and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Rail Freight Advisory Committee to conduct a comprehensive review of the use of remote control locomotives, opposing the use of remote control locomotives until the review has been completed and requiring notification procedures when remote control locomotives are used in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
