An Act providing for a Statewide Child Day-Care Resource and Referral System, for unannounced inspections of and liability insurance for certain facilities and persons that provide child day care and for dangerous child day-care facilities; requiring criminal history record and child abuse record information for certain persons who reside in family day-care homes; conferring powers and duties on the Department of Public Welfare and law enforcement agencies; and providing for information on prospective child-care personnel.
