Short Title:
An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, requiring certification that the parent or guardian, all adults living within the home and persons having legal custody of children enrolled in a cyber charter school have not been convicted of certain criminal offenses within the past five years.
